Refund policy

  1. Time Frame: Contact us within 2days (48hrs) upon receiving the product/s to state your concern/s regarding refund/returns. After this Time Frame, we will not entertain your query. 
  2. Condition: Ask us for refund/replacement. No questions asked. 
  3. Shipping Fee: Customer shall shoulder the shipping fee when returning the item (one way trip). And we will send back the replacement product FREE (Nationwide-Philippines). DO NOT ship/return items without our confirmation of your request, we will not replace the item if we have not received (your message within 2days/48hrs) and have not approved your claim for return/refund. 
  4. Refund: 100% money-back guarantee. Customer will have to shoulder the shipping fee and arrange return of the item. We will deposit your refund within 2 working days upon receiving the returned item.
